RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR TARIFF NO. 1 (MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES) EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2008

Terminal Tariff No. 1 (Marine Terminal Services) - Effective May 1, 2008.

The following changes to Terminal Tariff No. 1 will take effect May 1, 2008:

• Subrule 610, “Terminal No. 2 AGP Facility Cement Hatch Spout Attachment” is modified to add sub-section “Vessel’s Right to Refuse Use of Cement Hatch Attachment,” and to make other minor language changes to the Subrule to clarify procedures for utilizing the cement hatch attachment during loading operations at the AGP Facility.

RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR TARIFF NO. 1 (MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES) EFFECTIVE APRIL 15, 2008

Terminal Tariff No. 1 (Marine Terminal Services) - Effective April 15, 2008.

The following changes to Terminal Tariff No. 1 will take effect April 15, 2008:

• Subrule 510, “Schedule of Labor Hour Rates Per Title,” is modified for the following positions: Yard Marshalling, Maintenance/Equipment Shop, and Unarmed Security.

• Subrule 610, “Terminal No. 2 AGP Facility Cement Hatch Spout Attachment” is added to establish the terms and conditions for the use of the cement hatch attachment when loading vessels at Port Terminal No. 2 AGP Facility, and establishing the related fees for such use.
